The best Hardcore Minecraft servers
One life. On a hardcore server, death is costly: a temporary ban, a lost inventory or spectator mode, depending on the rules. Maximum difficulty, scarce resources, every trip has to be prepared. The mode for players who love the thrill and stories that end badly.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I choose a Hardcore Minecraft server?
- Look at three things: how many players are online at the hours you play, the rating left by other members, and how long the server has been listed. A server that has been active for a long time and is well rated is far more likely to last than one that opened last week.
- Are the servers on this list free?
- Yes. Every listed server can be joined for free. Some have a shop for cosmetics or ranks, but joining the server itself costs nothing.
- What does voting do?
- Voting pushes a server up the ranking and often triggers an in-game reward. You can vote every few hours, for free and without creating an account.
