Terms of sale

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This English translation is provided for convenience. Only the French version is legally binding.

1. Seller

The offers are sold by Lorgnet Axel, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), SIREN 130787054, 14 rue marcel triboulet. Contact: contact@cubevote.net.

2. Purpose

These terms apply to any order placed on CubeVote: by the owner of a server listing (Premium, reserved spots) or by a player (the CubeVote+ subscription, closed to new subscribers since 28 October 2026). They complement the terms of use and the listing rules, which keep applying during the service. They are accepted with each order; the applicable version is the one in force on that day.

3. Offers and prices

The main offers, described on the Premium and Promote pages:

  • Premium: highlighting of the listing and reserved tools, for a fixed period.
  • Reserved spots: one of the directory's top three positions, exclusive, from the chosen date. Premium benefits are included during the booking.
  • CubeVote+, for players, is no longer sold since 28 October 2026: it rewards top voters (terms of use, article 4b). Subscriptions taken out before that date follow article 5a.
OfferDurations and prices
Premium1 month: €6.99 · 3 months: €17.99 · 1 year: €62.99
Position #11 day: €29 · 1 week: €183 · 1 month: €696
Position #21 day: €19 · 1 week: €120 · 1 month: €456
Position #31 day: €12 · 1 week: €76 · 1 month: €288

The price of spots varies with the days booked: −10% Monday to Thursday, +20% Friday to Sunday; the table gives the base price, the order form the exact price before confirmation.

Discounted packs may be offered on your dashboard, for a given server, only once and for a limited time; their content is detailed before ordering. Pack items that depend on an exclusive place (a position) start on the first free date. On the order page, optional discounted add-ons can complete the order as long as it hasn't been paid.

Prices in euros, net: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (no VAT is charged). The price due is the one shown at the time of ordering.

4. Duration

Premium and reserved spots cover a fixed period, which ends by itself at its term: they are never renewed automatically, and no payment is taken without a new order from you. The last CubeVote+ subscriptions follow article 5a.

5. Ordering

From the offer's page (Premium or top position), you choose the server, the offer, the duration and, for a spot, the start date; you accept these terms, then confirm. A summary with the order reference is shown immediately and remains available from your dashboard. A spot is only booked once payment is confirmed: an unpaid order books nothing, and it is cancelled after seven days.

Until payment, the summary lets you check the order and correct any error (server, offer, duration, date, add-ons, promo code); the contract is concluded on payment, which means accepting the order and its price (art. 1127-1 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The contract is concluded in French. The summary and the invoice remain available from your dashboard; the publisher keeps them for ten years and sends you a copy on request (art. L213-1 of the French Consumer Code).

5a. CubeVote+: subscriptions taken out before 28 October 2026

  • End of subscriptions: since 28 October 2026, CubeVote+ can no longer be subscribed to, and no subscription renews. Each one ends at the term of the trial or of the month already paid, with its benefits until then, and no new charge; a subscription whose payment failed stops straight away, with no new attempt. The subscriber is told by email. The rules below remain those of the subscriptions still running.
  • Free trial: 7 days, once per account. A bank card is saved when subscribing; nothing is charged during the trial. An email warns you three days before it ends.
  • Subscription: at the end of the trial, €3.99 is charged, then every month on the same date. The subscription thus renews month after month until it is cancelled.
  • Cancellation: already recorded for every subscription, free and with nothing to do (art. L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code); the CubeVote+ page, reachable from “My account”, gives its date. It takes effect at the end of the trial or of the month already paid, until which the benefits remain; no further payment is taken. The month started isn't refunded, except for withdrawal within the time limit (article 8).
  • Payment failure: benefits are suspended until the card is updated; without settlement, the subscription ends.
  • Deleting the account ends the subscription immediately.

5b. Prepaid credit

  • Credit is bought by card, in top-ups of €20 (€20 credited), €50 (€55 credited), €100 (€112 credited). The part offered beyond the price paid is a commercial bonus.
  • It is used only to pay for CubeVote services, order by order, for their full amount; it isn't refundable in cash (except withdrawal, article 8), can't be transferred to another account, and doesn't expire.
  • The history of top-ups and spending can be viewed at any time from the dashboard. Deleting the account ends the remaining credit, unless a refund of the purchased and unused part is requested before deletion.

5c. Rewards wheel

  • Each €20 paid by card, credit top-ups included, entitles you to one spin of the wheel. Orders paid with credit don't give any (the amount already counted at the top-up). Spins can't be bought and have no monetary value.
  • The draw is made by CubeVote at the time of the spin, with a cryptographic random generator. The prizes and their chances, the same for everyone, are: No luck (70%), €1 of credit (14%), 7 days of CubeVote+ (7%), 3 days of Premium (5%), €2 of credit (2.5%), 7 days of Premium (1%), €5 of credit (1 chance in 222), €20 of credit (1 chance in 2,000).
  • Credit won follows article 5b. Premium days are added to the approved server you choose, after its current Premium; without an approved server, this prize is replaced by €1 of credit. CubeVote+ days are added to the account. No prize can be exchanged for money.
  • A refunded payment removes the spins it gave that haven't been played yet. CubeVote may change the prizes or their chances for the future; spins already played remain acquired.
  • Before each spin, you confirm that you understand that playing ends the right of withdrawal for your credit top-ups and orders already paid (article 8).
  • This article serves as the rules of the promotional operation (art. L121-20 of the French Consumer Code), organised by the seller named in article 1. It is available free of charge at any time on this page.

5d. Referral promo code

  • Each member has a personal promo code. Entered on their first purchase (order or credit top-up), it gives another member a 5% discount on that purchase. It works only once per account, can't be combined with a special offer and doesn't apply to one's own code.
  • The code holder then receives, as prepaid credit, 5% of each order paid by the referred member, by card or with their credit. A credit top-up earns nothing until it is spent. A commission is taken back if the order that produced it is refunded.
  • Creating accounts to refer yourself is forbidden and leads to the commissions being cancelled.

5e. Promotional codes

  • The publisher may publish promotional codes, valid on promotion orders (Premium, positions, options, packs). Each code states its discount and, where applicable, a minimum order amount, an end date and a limited number of beneficiaries.
  • A code works only once per member, can't be combined with a special offer or another code, and always leaves at least €0.50 to pay. Once all planned uses have been taken or the end date has passed, it stops being accepted; a use is only acquired when the order is paid.

6. Payment

  • By bank card or PayPal (when offered), on Stripe's secure payment page. CubeVote neither sees nor keeps your card numbers or PayPal credentials.
  • Or with prepaid credit (article 5b), if it covers the order amount.

An unpaid order commits you to nothing; it can be cancelled, which frees the booked period.

Each payment gives rise to an invoice, and each refund to a credit note, which can be viewed and printed at any time in your dashboard (“My invoices”). An order paid with prepaid credit has no new invoice: the top-up was invoiced when it was paid.

7. Performance

The promotion starts as soon as payment is confirmed, or on the chosen start date if later, and ends on the date shown in the summary. It is always labelled as such to visitors and buys visibility, never votes.

A server removed for breaking the listing rules loses its promotion without a refund of the remaining period.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you act as a consumer, you have fourteen days from the order to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@cubevote.net (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The refund is made within fourteen days, by the payment method used.

By ordering, you expressly ask for the service to start on payment, or on the chosen start date, without waiting for the end of this period. If you withdraw after it has started, you pay for the part of the service already provided, pro rata to the days elapsed (art. L221-25); the rest is refunded.

Credit top-up: you ask to have the credit available as soon as you buy it and expressly acknowledge, by ticking the box provided, that spending all or part of the credit, or a spin of the wheel, ends the right of withdrawal for that top-up. As long as neither has happened, you can withdraw for fourteen days from the “Prepaid credit” page: the full refund goes straight back to your card, and the credit (bonus included) is removed, as are the wheel spins and the referral commission the top-up had given.

Rewards wheel: playing a spin, after confirming it, ends the right of withdrawal for payments already made.

For CubeVote+, the period runs from subscription: during the free trial, cancelling is enough and nothing is due.

Withdrawal form

You can simply write to contact@cubevote.net (or use the withdrawal button on the “Prepaid credit” page for a top-up), or copy this template (annex to article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code):

To Lorgnet Axel, 14 rue marcel triboulet, contact@cubevote.net:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [order reference]
Ordered on: [date]
Name of consumer: [name]
Address of consumer: [address]
Date: [date]

8a. Legal guarantees

CubeVote's services are digital services. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (art. L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): the service must match its description and work for its whole planned duration. In case of a defect, write to contact@cubevote.net: the service is brought into conformity (for example, the promotion extended by the time lost) or, failing that, its price is reduced or refunded. For a service provided over a period, the guarantee runs for that whole period; a defect appearing during it is presumed to exist, with no proof required from you. These rights are in addition to articles 7 and 8 and can't be reduced by a contrary clause.

9. Complaints

Any complaint should be sent to contact@cubevote.net, stating the order concerned: an answer is given as soon as possible.

Failing a solution, a consumer can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C 49 rue de Ponthieu 75 008 PARIS (www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php), within a year of their written complaint (art. L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

10. Minors

Many server owners are minors: a minor only orders with the authorisation of their legal guardian, who pays for the order.

11. Governing law

These terms, written in French, are governed by French law. A consumer can go to the court of their place of residence or of the place of performance, and keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
